He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Williams and Olive Williams (Stone); his wife Ruth Williams (Rattray); his daughter Brenda Welton; and his siblings, Opal McDougall, Mable Post, Avis Pelletier, Harold, Phillip and Clayton Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Waugh (Murray) of Whitecourt, AB, Wendy Hall (Bill) of Johnville, NB, Jessica Williams of Lake George, NB, Michael Williams (Katrina) of Beaconsfield, NB and Richard Williams (Tina) of Beaconsfield, NB; his son-in-law Fred Welton of Whitecourt, AB; his grandchildren, Chris, Ryan, Katie, Amy, Kheria, Joshua, Dena, Cassie, Lauren, Will, Ricky and Samantha; and his sister Helen Burpee of Woodland, ME. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
