He is survived by : his partner Shirley Esliger; his stepchildren, Marlene Boyd and Terry Esliger; his children, Debbie Horton, Cynthia Isenor and Michael Firlotte; and his brothers, Reginald (Valerie) of Bathurst, Lionel of Beresford, Kimble (Joan) of Beresford, Eric (Ruth) of Ontario, Eldric (Veronica) of Moncton, Rayburn (Debbie) of Dalhousie, Roger (Carol) and Ronald of Bathurst.
