He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Hentschel and Anna Hentschel (Lindner); his parents-in-law, Arthur F. and Elizabeth Roy; and his siblings-in-law, Rev. François Roy and Yvonne Richard (Jacques).
He is survived by : his wife Catherine Hentschel (Roy); his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Seman (late Charles) and Gisèle Roy (late Charles Edward); and his nieces and nephews, Denyse Richard (David Scott), Bernard Roy (Michelle), Michael Seman, François Roy (Marielle), Monique King (David) and Carole Roy (Gilles Robichaud).
