It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Léopold Chiasson of Beresford, New Brunswick, born in Caraquet, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 22, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Anatole Chiasson and Béatrice Chamberlain; his son Léo Paul; and his siblings, Anatole, Walter and Pauline.

He is survived by : his wife Alberta Chiasson (Christie); his children, Linda Vienneau (Gerald) of Bathurst, Carolle Richardson (Rob) of Robertville, Daniel Chiasson (Tony) of San Francisco, USA and Denis Chiasson (Kim) of Middle River; his grandchildren, Ronald, Caroline, Paul and Suzie; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hunter, Jayce, Dylan and Cooper; his siblings, Donald (Claudine) of Dunlop, Alyre (Rita) of Beresford, Wallace (Bernice) of Kamloops, BC, Vincent (Dorille) of Ottawa, Murielle St-Père (Normand) of Beresford, Simone Young (Kenneth) of Beresford and Geraldine Chiasson of Bathurst; and his brother-in-law Yvon Vienneau of Rough Waters.
