She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Myra "Queenie" Phillips (Hodson) and Ernest Joseph Owen; her daughters, Carol Duguay (John McConnell) and Tina Bullen; her grandchildren, Andrew Bullen (Christine Zheng) of Saint John, Ashley Duguay, Troy Duguay and Benjamin Losier of Bathurst; and her great grandchild Noah Zheng Bullen of Saint John. She was also cherished by family, Winnie also leaves her other relatives of her adoptive parents.
