He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Ruby Russell (Wilson); and his siblings, Cecil, Osmond, Frank, Raymond, Valerie and Rachel.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice; his children, Gerry of Point Verte, Peggy (Neil) of Point Verte, Sharon (James) of Moncton and Sherman (Jolene) of Bel-Ewart, ON; his grandchildren, Crystal (Roger), Anthony, Becky (Jeff), JJ (Brenda), Jill (Allan), Leah (Martin), Thomas (Venessa) and Jessie (Michael); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Callie, Jackson, Carson, Lydia, Alyson, Addison, Grayson, Emma and Nathan; and his sisters, Betty and Elaine.
