He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Culligan and Margaret Culligan (Boudreau); his siblings, Ann (Art), Eugene, Paul and Gordon; and his nephew Neil.
He is survived by: his significant other Paul Menard (Ottawa); his siblings, Bill (Theresa), Gail (late John), Henry (Kathy) and Susan (Julie); and his sister-in-law Denyse (Sherri). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
