It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucie Poirier (Black Point, New Brunswick), born in Eel River Crossing, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest LaPointe and Josephine LaPointe (Allain); and her siblings, Clarance, Raymond, Norman, Patrick, Rose Furlotte, Alma Diotte and Viola Hickey.

She is survived by : her husband Gilbert; her son Nathan (Vanessa) of Saint John, NB.; her granddaughter Chloe; and her siblings, Melvin, Norbert and Ida Trembley.
