With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Mallaley (Black Point, New Brunswick), born in Lorne, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 11, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Patrick Carrier and Ida Carrier (Godin); her husband Xavier; her children, Eunice and Lester; her grandson Lance; and her siblings, Joseph David, Elizabeth, George, Harold, Leona, Willard, Roy and Percy.

She is survived by : her children, Muriel Godin (Marcel) of Lorne, Weldon (Alexanderine) of Lorne, Roy (Donna) of Archibald, Percy (Lisa Carrier) of Lorne and Perry (Christine) of Listugui, Quebec; and her sister Muriel Godin of Caplan, Quebec.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
