He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burnham and Helen Burnham (McNairn); and his daughter Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Burnham (Forrest); his son Jim; and his granddaughters, Bronwen and Emma. He is also survived by his in-laws, nieces and nephews.
