It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Emery Joseph Comeau (Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick), born in Rogersville, New Brunswick, who passed away at the age of 82, on September 9, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Levi Comeau and Annette Comeau (Chevarie); his son Norman; and his siblings, Aurele, Zoel, Isodore, Joseph, Theresa Deveau and Cecilia Patriquin.

He is survived by : his wife Anne Marie of Pennfield, NB; his children, Gerard Comeau (Susan Munn) of Pennfield, NB, Claude Comeau (Krista) of Lepreau, NB, Daniel Comeau (Tammi) of Alberta and Sandra Comeau (Pedro Garcia) of Pennfield, NB; and his siblings, Roger Comeau of Pennfield, NB and Marguerite Cormier of St. Charles, NB. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchilden; one great-great-grandson.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 12th 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. George Funeral Home (26 Portage St, Saint George, NB E5C 3L6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 13th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Stella Maris Catholic Church (172 Wallace Cove Rd, Blacks Harbour, NB E5H1H1). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 13th 2023.

In Emery's memory, donations to the Diabetes Association or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
