With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Laurine Donald (Blackville, New Brunswick), born in South Nelson, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 6, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Archie Donald of Main Street; her parents, Ernest Clark and Clara Clark (Sturgeon); and her siblings, Clara Gillespie, Ethel Clark, Doris Carr, Barbara Hubbard, Mildred Clark, Arnold and Lyman Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Lou Matchett (Glen) of Bathurst, NB, Nancy Lee Hambrook (Terry) of Douglastown, NB, Karen Laurine MacRae (Neil) of Douglastown, NB and Royden Sinclair Donald (Nancy) of Newcastle, NB; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Dane, Evan Hambrook, Ian Donald, Jennifer Savage (Donald), Jaima Gilcrhist (MacRae) and Rebecca Best (MacRae). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, six nieces and seven nephews.
In Eleanor's memory, donations may be made to the St. Andrews's United Church Cemetery or a memorial of one's choice.
