She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond Cook; and her brother Duane Cook. She is survived by: her parent Freda Cook (Arsenault); her daughter Tracey Lynn Babuscio (Michael) of Clinton; her grandsons, Nathan and Ryan; her siblings, Dewey Michaud (Betty Lou) of Perth Andover, David Cook (Donalda) of Back Bay, Steven Cook of Lake Utopia, Arlene Johnston (Bill), Jeannie Cook, Monica Sauliner (Randy) of Saint John and Anna Tucker of L'Etete; and her sister-in-law Joan Cook of L'Etang. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

In Patsy's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer would be appreciated by the family.
