He was predeceased by: his father François Bastarache; and his brother Paul-Emile. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Bastarache (LeBlanc); his mother Jeanne Bastarache (LeBlanc) of Saint-Maurice; his children, Lyne Bastarache of Saint-Antoine and Gilles (Pierrette) of Sainte-Marie; his grandchildren, Vincent, Felipe and Jaxon; and his brothers, Roger (late Lucille) of Bouctouche and Rosario (Simonne) of Saint-Maurice. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
