It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Hicks of Bouctouche, New Brunswick, born in Edmundston, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 17, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Hicks and Lillian Hicks (Arsenault); his daughter Verena; and his stepson Rhéal. He is survived by: his wife Viola Hicks (Duplessis); his children, Vicky Maillet (Steven) and Bobby (Rita) of Bouctouche; his grandsons, Joey, Jeremy, Jason and Kevin; his great grandchildren, Maxime, Annika, Bailey, Scarlett and Arya; and his brother Verena Basque (Rodrigue) of Blackville. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
