She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Gaudet; her parents, Charles Babineau and Edna Babineau (Robichaud); her sons, Emile and Jacques; and her siblings, Elise, Marguerite, Lauraine, Thérèse, Emile and Noé.

She is survived by: her children, Annette Champagne (Claude) of Saint-Paul, Lina LeBlanc (Gerald) of Saint-Antoine, Charles (Andréa) of Moncton and Roger of Bouctouche; and her siblings, Eleonore Mirabito (Frank) of Maynard, MA, Amandine Lambert of Montréal, Irène LeBlanc of Sainte-Marie, Laurie of Leominster, MA and Jean-Paul (Lida) of Chéticamp, NS. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

In Ella's memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Paul-de-Kent Parish.
