He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Allain and Elmire Allain (Cormier); and his brothers, Paul and Didier. He is survived by: his siblings, Nicole Caissie, Francine Caissie (Léonard) of Bouctouche, Roger (Rachelle), Danny of Notre-Dame, Fernand (Nadine), Ronald, Maurice of Bouctouche and Normand (Debbie) of Saint-Damien. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
