He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide Léger and Irène Léger (Allain); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his son Simon Wiinikaenen (Luke Cotnoir) of Cape Cod; his grandchildren, Jazlyn, Alyssa, Connor and Sophia; and his brother Donald of Dieppe.
