He was predeceased by: his parents, Amédée Maillet and Azélie Maillet (Poirier); his daughter Yolande; his grandson Luc; and his siblings, Edmée, Germaine, Lorraine, Raymond, Eric, Jean-Paul and Aubrey.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Maillet (Melanson) of Saint-Thomas; his sons, Gilles (Suzanne) of Cocagne, Michel (Linda) of Bouctouche and Léon (Françine) of Saint-Thomas; his grandchildren, Rémi, Emilie, Justin and Jérémie; his great grandchild Millie; and his nephews, André (Yvette) of Saint-Thomas and Alonzo (Andréa) of Dieppe.
