He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne H. Haslam and Sally Haslam (Edgecomb); and his brother Timothy of Eastbrook, Maine.. He is survived by: his wife Claudette; his daughter Rachel (Jack); his granddaughters, Kendra and Serena; his sisters, Becky and Pye; his brothers-in-law, Dewey and Matt; his parents-in-law, Wayne MacLean (Beryl) and Kathleen; his siblings-in-law, Joslyn (Wayne) and Troy (Roanne); and his son Avery.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Community Building in Eastbrook, Maine.
In lieu of flowers and donations, Claudette asks that you pay forward the spirit of Jeff's kindness by doing a good deed in his memory.
