She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Rodgerson and Faye Rodgerson (Frederick Cram); her husband Rev. Kenneth Foote Jr.; her daughter Laura; and her siblings, Kenneth and Linda Jacobs (Dickie).

She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Foote (Beverly), Dwayne Foote (Stefanie) and Robert Foote; her siblings, Reginald Rodgerson (Christine), Douglas Rodgerson (Brenda), Janice Wentworth (Les) and Rena Getchell (Wayne); her grandchildren, Ashley (Nathan), Brianna, Caleb, Jacob, Luke, Nathan and Olivia; her close friends, Mitzy, Charis and Tara; and her pet Mordecai. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and foster children.

Donations in Judith's memory may be made towards We Believe or to the Atlantic District of the Wesleyan Church.
