She was predeceased by : her parents, Melbourne Otis and Helen Otis of Norton, NB.; her siblings, Melbourne J. Otis, Stuart Otis, Lillian Otis, Donald Otis, Jock Otis, Patricia Macumber and Ronald Otis; and her former life partner Rev. John Stevens (Jack).

She is survived by : her children, Robert Stevens of Yarmouth, NS, Jackalyn Smith (Dana) of Hartland, NB, John Stevens (Lucy) of Beaver Harbour, NB, Allan Stevens (Sheri) of Durres, Patricia Brown (Duane) of Greenwood, IN and Andrew Stevens (Heather) of Sussex, NB; her stepchildren, Dr. Mark Gorveatte (Sherry), Ruth Neyman (Fred), Beth Jones (Steven) and Dr. Joel Gorveatte (Tracey); her grandchildren, Gordon Garnett, Krystyn Davis (Philip), Katelyn Connor (Adam), Andrew Smith (Danielle), Alyssa Wiseman (Benjamin), Leighanne Hatt (Tim), John Stevens (Julie), Melissa Gonzalez (Eduardo), Jessica Carrier (Josh), JD Stevens, Eric Brown, Kathryn Brown, Elizabeth LaFleur (Ty) and Caleb Stevens; her brother Peter Otis (Susan); her siblings-in-law, Bart Macumber, Carol Otis and Linda Otis; and her friend Dr. Kenneth Gorveatte. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
