She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bannister and Velda Bannister (Steeves); her parents-in-law, Ralph Alward and Molly Alward; her sister-in-law Deborah Douthwright; and her nephew Tyler.
She is survived by: her husband Kerry Alward; her son Adam Alward (Darlene); her granddaughter Mackenzie Alward (Mitchell); her great grandchildren, Blakelyn and Nolan; her siblings, Carol Martin (Dean), Louise Demille (Ronnie), Eugene Bannister (Donna) and Darla Steeves (John); and her brother-in-law Kim Alward (Judy).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
