He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Court and Leila Flowers; and his brother Aubrey. He is survived by: his pet Sparky; his wife Darlene Hayes; his sons, Chesley and Jasper; and his siblings, Wayne (Lynda) of Campbellton, NB, Lee (Hélène) of Escuminac, QC, Sheldon (Norma) of Escuminac Flats, QC and Marlene of Campbellton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
