He was predeceased by: his brother Jason; and his grandparents, Kenneth Crouse, Glenn Donnelly and Evangeline Donnelly. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Crouse of Mount Pleasant and Ruth Crouse of Mount Pleasant; his brother Gregory (Renée Crouse) of Hartland; his sibling's children, Jordyn Crouse, Jaymee Crouse and Jason Crouse; and his grandmother Margie Crouse. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
