He is survived by: his mother Corinna Carter (Waye); his stepfather Floyd Carter of Kouchibouguac, NB; his grandmother Clora Cortes of Calgary, AB; his aunts, Kim Lemky of Fort McMurray, AB, Lisa Goode of Calgary, AB and Sharon Simms of Kelowna, BC; his uncle Scott of Calgary, AB; and his stepsisters, Julia Carter, Rebecca Carter, Cynthia Carter and Amanda Carter.
