He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Geraghty (Ferguson) and Arthur Geraghty (Marie); Ronald Geraghty (Dolores), Thomas Geraghty, Marie Amesse (Claude), Raymond Geraghty, Howard Geraghty (Peggy), Irene Mahoney (Ronald), Daniel Geraghty and Karen Geraghty Mahoney.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Geraghty (Bujold); his children, Mark Geraghty (Simonne), Lorraine Delaney (Jeff), Charles Geraghty (Tanya) and Karen Hachey (Kevin); his siblings, Laurie Geraghty (Shelley), George Geraghty (Corrine) and Suzie Woods (Mike); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie (Felicia), Hannah, William, Laura, Noah, Caitlin and Shawn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
