He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chesley Thompson and Ina Thompson (Gracie); his significant other Sharon Gilker; his children, Randy (Annette), Muriel, Eleanor, Chesley and Terry (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Billy, Tanya-Rae (Brett), Fraser (Emily), Trisha (Dave), Adam (Krystal), Danny (Kathy) and Jason (Vikkie); his great grandchildren, Madison, Max, Lux, William, Cael, Landen, Gideon and Meara; his brother Tom Thompson; his pets, George and Lighting; his brothers, Arden (Amy), Ralph (Phyllis) and Percy (Helen); his sister-in-law Marilyn; and his sisters, Mildred (Edward "Chummie"), Georgie (Carl), Joyce (George), Susan (Fred) and Betty (Dave). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
