It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Brun of Cap-Pele, New Brunswick, born in Petit-Cap, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Abel Brun and Marguerite Brun (Arsenault); and his siblings, Hermance Richard, Germaine Doiron, Huberte Cyr, Marguerite Melanson, Francis Ouellette, Napoléon Brun and Jeannette Léger.

He is survived by : his wife Thérèse (Léger); his children, Paulette (Luc) of St-Antoine, Paul (Shelly) of Shediac and Denis (Lindsay) of Dieppe; his siblings, Henri (Lorraine) of Cap-Pelé, Laurie (Gilberte) of Petit-Cap, Oscar (Levina) of Bas-Cap, Armand (Elaine) of Grand-Barachois, Norbert (Claudette) of Shediac and Marie-Mai Duguay (Billy) of Shediac; his grandchildren, André (Cindy), Jessica (Denis) and Chloé; and his great grandchildren, Lexie, Miguel, Mathieu and Brayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
