He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Olive; his siblings, Marguerite Allen (Sterling), Evelyn Goodwin (Milton), Billy and Danny; his father-in-law Courtney (Clara Walton); and his siblings-in-law, Dewey Trenholm, Larry Walton and Cheryl Walton.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Walton); his children, Joey (Lana), Mathew (Onil), Christopher (Sarah) and Rebecca (Chris); his grandchildren, Samuel, Maya, Parker, Oliver, Jacob, Clara, Max and Evelyn; his brothers, Warren and Boyd (Thelma); and his siblings-in-law, Rodney (Marilyn), Ivan (Sue), Lillian, Heather and Janet (Arden).
