She was predeceased by: her mother Stephanie Thomas. She is survived by: her father Clarence Brown; her husband Jason Slipp; her stepfather Glendon Thomas (Jennifer); her daughter Brandy Brown; her stepchildren, Ashley Slipp (Jeremy), Christopher Bright and Jason Slipp (Emma); her brother Terry Brown (Elizabeth); her sibling's children, Karia, Noah, Terri and Lynn; and her grandchildren, Isaac and Kohen. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, as well as many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate any donations in Amanda's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the IWK.
