He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Jane Andrews (Perry) and Bud Perry; his stepfather George Andrews; and his cousin Elva McConnachie (Vail). He is survived by: his wife Nellie Perry (Thorne); his daughters, Shirley Appleby (Malcolm) and Shelley Poirier (Jean-Yves); his granddaughter Tanya Larsen; his sisters-in-law, Virginnia Viger and Rita Thorne; and his cousin Jim Thorne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many friends.
