He is survived by: his spouse Gail Cavanaugh (Murdoch); his children, Amanda Easton (Jeffrey) and Joseph Cavanaugh (Heather); his siblings, Lorene Crilly (Peter), Pearl MacGregor (Ron), Margaret Bario (Norm), Whista Cavanaugh (Rena), Mary Ann Suttie, Richard Cavanaugh, Robert (Patricia) and Sherman Cavanaugh (Mary Rose); and his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Summer and Savanagh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations made in Phillip's name to the Stan Cassidy Rehabilitation Center.
