He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Dollard and Vitaline Dollard (Legere); and his siblings, Roger, Andrew and Jeannie Clark.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Smith (Josh); his grandchildren, Tyler, Logan and Brody; his sisters, Viola Debouver (Paul), Rose Doak and Ida Martin (Dave); and his sister-in-law Carlotta Dollard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many cherished musical friends.
