He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Proctor and Nancy Proctor (McFarland). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Proctor (Chambers); his children, Jane Proctor and Doug Proctor; his sisters-in-law, Pat Squarebriggs (David) and Flo Watson (Alec); and his sibling's children, Margot Sjoquist (Randy), Sandy Lymn (Edward), Brook Beaman (Matthew) and Jamie Watson (Vikki Wilson).

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Ascension Apohaqui.
