He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Smith and Julie "Paulette" Smith (Sorrie). He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Smith; his siblings, Jeffrey (Susan) and Jennifer Smith; his granddaughter Katherina Allaire; his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Emma, Laura, Anna, Sarah, Claire, Dakota and Jude; and his great-uncle Butch (Judy Lynn).
