He is survived by: his significant other Bobbie Crockett (Scott); his daughters, Laurie Crockett, Lisa Corey (Scott Corey) and Kelly Middleton (Jim Middleton); his grandchildren, Emma Scott (Nathan Scott), Ben Corey (Taylor Brinn), Grace and Rowen Middleton; his great grandchildren, Haydie MacFarlane and Dakota Corey; and his sisters, Helen Hawkins (Claire Hawkins), Dianne MacKay and Donna Hovey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Dad spent the last four years bravely navigating Alzheimer's disease.
