He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Elliott and Joanne Elliott; his in-laws, Edna and Ralph Yeomans; his nephew Major Jamie Thibodeau MD; his brother Timothy Elliott; and his brother-in-law Dana Yeomans.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Elliott; his children, April Bishop (Travis) and Corey Elliott (Courtney); his grandchildren, Grace Bishop, Benjamin Bishop and Cate Elliott; his brothers, Robert Elliott (Gloria), Wilbur Elliott and Martin Elliott (Carla); his in-laws, Allan, Debbie Thibodeau, Su-Anne Yeomans, Rickey and Donna Yeomans; and his uncle William.
