Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Morton (Chipman, New Brunswick), who passed away at the age of 88, on January 18, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Laskey and Edith Laskey (Johnston); her husband Hugh Morton; and her in-laws, Bessie Stewart (Syl), Leonard, Margaret O'Quinn (Tom), Oscar (Leona), Archie (Murina), Garnet (Pearl), Miriam, Evelyn, Jean Cole (Freeman), Doris Hann and Freddy.

She is survived by: her daughter Shawna Morton; her siblings-in-law, Jean Laskey and Russell Hann; and her nephew Allison (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews; and wonderful friends.
