He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glen Wright, Arthur and Mayme Hawkes; his aunt Wendy Russell; and his uncles, Gerald Hawkes and Phillip Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, Borden Hawkes and Kelly Hawkes; his children, Nate and Mia; his siblings, Sarah Davenport (Steven) of Fredericton Junction, N. B. and Michael Hawkes (Laurie) of Victoria, B. C.; his grandmother Ruth Wright of Cumberland Bay, N. B.; his nephews, Noah and Liam; his niece Chelsea; his aunts and uncles, Paul Wright (Karen) of Miramichi, N. B., Ron Russell of Sheet Harbour, N. S., Marjorie Brown of Waterville, N. B., Judi DesJardins (Ken) of Kitchener and Mary Hawkes of Oromocto, N. B.; his great-aunt Carol Perrin of Cumberland Bay, N. B.; and his great-uncles, Jack Wright, Wade Weaver and Mark Weaver.
