Allen (Whitlock); his children, Wanda, Jackie and Andrew; his brothers, Robert Allen and Douglas Allen; his in-laws, Bertram and Mable Whitlock (Miller); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Allen and Mildred Allen.

He is survived by: his daughter Janet Partington (Dean Nicholson); his grandson Shawn Partington (Erica Munn); his great grandchild Isaac Partington; his brother Fred Allen; and his brother-in-law Bertram Whitlock (Marjorie). He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
