With solemn reverence, we commemorate Newton Wainwright (Chipman, New Brunswick), whose life came to an end on November 30, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wainwright and Gladys Wainwright (Grant); his wife Margaret (McLeod); and his sister-in-law Mona Chisholm. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Wainwright (Marie), Wendy Bishop (Jack) and Janet Barton (Michael); his grandsons, Andrew (Amber), Matthew, Travis (April), Brandon (Sarah), Grant and James; his great grandchildren, Grace, Ben and Madilene; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald McLeod and Marion Barton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chipman Funeral Home & Crematorium (28 Northrup Dr, Chipman, NB E4A2P7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Second Chipman United Baptist Church (225 Main St, Chipman, NB E4A2H2).
In place of flowers, donations made to the Chipman Youth Center are greatly appreciated.
