He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Clark and Lillian Clark (Estey); and his siblings, Pearl Dunham, Frances "Honey" Clark, Russell, Sonny, Raye and Wynn.

He is survived by : his significant other Trina McCavour; his children, Carmen Clark (Blake), Ryan Lamey (Neil) and Brad Lamey (Darlene); his great grandchild Blake; his stepsons, Michael (Amy) and Justin (Robin); his grandchildren, Dominic, Gracie and Remedy; and his son Jeff Hay.
