He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barteau and Lorene Barteau (Matthews). He is survived by: his wife Glenna Barteau (Chaffey); his sons, John and William (Karen MacDonald) of Deer Island; his grandchildren, Adrian and Robert; and his sister Journeay Barteau of Deer Island.
