She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Barnes and Margaret Barnes (MacVicar); and her sisters, Carole Dixon and Barbara Melvin. She is survived by: her sister Patsy McDougall (David); her close friend Glendon Baxter; her daughters, Cherylynn, Wanda (Randy Colwell) and Jennifer (Jeremy Oliver); and her granddaughter Emilie (Andrew Matte).
