With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merlin Elmer Shay of Coles Island, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Shay and Myrtle Shay (Proctor); and his sister Eleanor. He is survived by : his children, Christopher, Robert, Marlene and Susan (Bruce); his siblings, Norman, Alfred (Gloria), Hilda and Glenna (Richard); and his grandchildren, Travis, Tyson, Jayden, Shyanne, Shania, Shakira, Eric, Scott and Sam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
