He was predeceased by : his brother Robert Lutes; and his parents, Elizabeth Lutes (Calkin) and Eugene Rex Lutes. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Lynne Lutes; and his children, Valerie Jane Lutes and Michael James Lutes (Linda).
