She was predeceased by : her parents, Dorothy Weir (Dowe) and Lorne Murphy; her husband Perry Bannister; her parents-in-law, Ethel (Mason) and Russell Bannister; her brother Charles Murphy; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah Garber, Helen Bishop (Orris) and Russell "Sonny" Bannister.

She is survived by : her children, Heidi Cunningham (Derek) and John-Ross Bannister; her granddaughters, Veronica and Victoria Cunningham (Jacob); her sisters, Ardis Noiles (Andy), Julia MacCallum (late Floyd) and Gwen Joyce (Paul); her siblings-in-law, Coreen Clark (Doug), Kellie Hodgin (John), David Bannister (Helen), Leonard Bannister (late Lynda) and Ruthie Leaman (Russell); and her aunt Millie Weir (Lloyd). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and so many friends and family.

Due to Covid-19, ID, proof of vaccination and masks are required to attend.
