He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fairweather and Jessie Fairweather (Warman); and his sister Doris Duff. He is survived by: his wife Norma (Miller); his sons, Stephen (Yan), Gerald (Jeanann) and Michael (Robin); his brother Daryl Fairweather; his grandchildren, Shawn, Jonathan (Becca), Brittany (Breton), Bolin, Samantha (Greg), Justin, Aaron (David) and Jesse (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Parker, Aiden and Reegan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, wonderful close friends.

Donations in memory of David to the Canadian Cancer Society, Mill Cove Nursing Home or the Lower Range Cemetery are greatly appreciated.
