He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Spencer and Maude Spencer (Robinson); and his sons, Ralph and Douglas Spencer. He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Ronnie Spencer; his grandsons, Michael, Douglas, Ernie Spencer and Deakin Carter; and his great grandchildren, Dommick, Azzagail and Denzel.
